The cultivation of these new rhododendrons was started at our Gristede nursery more than 35 years ago. It was our aim to breed hardy rhododendrons with new flower colours, healthy foliage and dense growth. We have selected the most important new Gristede rhododendrons for you.
Site
Light shade, slightly acid to strongly acid topsoil, protect from drying out and water-logging, intolerant of chalk, prefers ripe, moist, humus-rich soils, intolerant of compaction.
